How to learn Italian, through cooking lessons

Pizza and pasta workshop

Our pizza-making workshop brought together food enthusiasts eager to experience the art of authentic Italian pizza. Participants had the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and dive into the traditional process of pizza preparation.

With fresh dough made from “Grano duro”/ Tipo 0.0 flour and the finest Italian ingredients like olive oil, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. The workshop was not just about the technique but also about embracing the joy of cooking together as a community.

Besides that we also had a pasta-making workshops where we made cavatelli together by hands.

Furthermore, the participants significantly improved their Italian vocabulary. Since they were not native Italian speakers, this workshop provided a valuable opportunity to enhance their language skills. The educational sessions focused on teaching them the correct Italian words and phrases, particularly when it came to cooking pasta or baking pizza.
